Think about how much time you probably waste looking up websites that you have probably already been to previously. It doesn’t make much sense. Why not bookmark those URLs so you have fast access to them again when you need to. I compiled a list of a number things that I do. Maybe you could put some to good use.

I have another favorites folder called hobbies. Inside there you will find links to a variety of things all sorted by subject. I think I have more hobbies than most people I know. You can find all kinds of interesting stuff in there like art collecting links and drum playing links.

Do you shop at any online auctions? EBay is also a site that I couldn’t live without. EBay is great for finding anything that you cant think of a local store for. There are times when you need to buy something out of the ordinary yet you have no idea where you could find such a thing. That is the time when EBay comes in extremely handy.

I also save a work related folder within my favorites folder. This is where I save all the links that relate to my day job. This helps me to be able to archive websites that I know I might want to look up again one day. I cant say enough about how much time this has saved me.

Amazon.com is one of my most favorite sites. I purchase all kinds of things on there from computer software to hardcover books. I really like the fact that they offer used books on their site. I prefer to purchase my books as inexpensively as I can. It is great that they give you both the new and used choices.

I have a whole folder in my favorites that I used to store links of potential vacation destinations. This way throughout the year when I find some place nice that looks like a great place to take the crew, I can bookmark it. Then when the time comes to pick a vacation, Ive got a ton of great links at my fingertips.

It’s wise to start your blog on a good note. It’s difficult to change direction and start over again once you have it going. Blogging for free? When you get something for free, the quality might be lacking.

If it’s within your budget at all, pay someone for website hosting and verify that your server can work with Wordpress.

When weighing your options as far as which company should host your blog, make sure that WordPress (and Fantastico unless you are quite computer literate) are included with the hosting that you select. Fantastico will automatically install Wordpress for you. If it does not have Fantastico, you will have to do the difficult task of downloading and installing Wordpress yourself.

Wordpress does not require you to be a programmer to use it. In just a matter of minutes, you can “take it out of the box” and start blogging.

For what reason should you use WordPress, and not another type of blogging software? WordPress is the top brand. It has existed for quite some time. There is an wide variety of themes available through WordPress. (The appearance and feel of your blog can be altered with themes.) There is no need to know how to design or code, unless you want to make a change to “canned” functionality.

Useful functions can be added to your blog when you enable Plug-ins. You have the option of making your own plug-ins with PHP or by selecting a third-party plug-in. Plug-ins for WordPress can be located on the Wordpress website. A plethora of them are available and they can do almost anything you can imagine — there is even one plug-in that will generate an XML sitemap of your site for Google.

You can have total administrative control over your blog with Wordpress. You have endless options and few restrictions. The user management for Wordpress is excellent. For instance, articles can be written by authors; upon approval, editors can publish those articles; administrators can alter the design of the blog.

Don’t invest lots of time, only to have to destroy it and bring it to Wordpress. Do it right from the start.

Hundreds of thousands of individuals have been dreaming about making money online and earning an income that will allow them to take control of their life and quit their job. If you’re willing to earn your income through hard work and great planning, then this article is for you. We’ll talk about how you can make money online without spending money.

Almost all business models have expenditures that require that the business spend money to make money. Working online to earn money changes this, because all you need is the computer and the connection. If you have both, then you’ve probably got what you need to get started.

The most popular methods for building a free income online are usually through websites that allow you to post content, freelance work, blogging and affiliate marketing.

If you have practiced a certain skill set (graphic design or writing, for some examples) then you can make money just hiring yourself out. You won’t have to spend money for obvious reasons.

One of the best websites to put your content on is Associated Content because they’ll pay you a few dollars per article that you publish. Plus you get some of the ad revenue. Win-win. Earn now; earn later.

Blogging has a potential to earn with Google’s ad programs and the newer pay per post sites, but it takes time to get a good blog going and attract loyal readers. You will have to blog consistently for 3 months before you can get paid per post.

Affiliate marketing will require some basic knowledge of online marketing strategy, but you can figure that out by reading articles and related information online. Find products you know something about and you can start easily with article marketing and a landing page.

Earning an online income won’t come fast, but will require that you actually have a game plan and a direction. It won’t be easy, and it will take a lot of work.
